1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking our services, or entering into any transaction with Isha Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

Isha Travels provides transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers and pickups
  • Local sightseeing tours
  • Outstation and long-distance trips
  • Corporate travel solutions
  • Wedding and event transportation
  • Premium car rentals (self-drive and chauffeur-driven)
  • Custom packages and specialized services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid and government-issued identification
  • Have a valid payment method on file
  • Not be prohibited by law from entering into contracts
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during booking

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking:

  • All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email and phone number
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations

Cancellation:

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • Cancellations within 4 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full ride amount
  • In case of emergencies, contact our customer service immediately

5. Payment Terms

Payment and pricing policies:

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payment must be made before or immediately after the service is completed
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets
  • Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways
  • All transaction charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • In case of fare disputes, contact our customer service within 24 hours

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect and courtesy
  • Not damage or vandalize company property
  • Not consume alcohol or illegal substances before or during rides
  • Not engage in any illegal activities
  • Cooperate with driver and company instructions
  • Assume full responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to your actions

7. Driver and Vehicle Standards

Isha Travels commits to:

  • Employing professionally trained and licensed drivers
  • Conducting background checks on all drivers
  • Maintaining well-maintained, clean, and safe vehicles
  • Regular vehicle inspections and servicing
  • Providing sanitized vehicles before each ride
  • Ensuring drivers follow traffic laws and safety protocols
  • Maintaining professional conduct at all times

8. Liability and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Isha Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride or service
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Lost and found items are held for 30 days before disposal
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • The customer assumes all risks associated with the journey
  • We are not responsible for accidents caused by customer negligence or misconduct

9. Insurance and Accidents

All Isha Travels vehicles are covered with comprehensive third-party liability insurance. In case of an accident:

  • Inform the driver and our customer service immediately
  • Do not leave the scene without documenting the incident
  • Cooperate with police and insurance investigations
  • All accident claims will be processed according to insurance policy terms
  • Customers may be held liable for damages caused by their negligence

10. Safety and Security

  • Customers must follow driver instructions for safety
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion
  • Do not distract the driver during operation
  • Emergency contact information must be accurate
  • We monitor ride safety through GPS tracking and dash cameras
  • Any safety concerns should be reported to our customer service immediately

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing drivers or other customers
  • Engaging in any form of discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Requesting or engaging in illegal activities
  • Vandalizing or damaging vehicles or property
  • Creating false or misleading reviews or reports
  • Attempting to bypass payment or evade fares
  • Recording or photographing without consent
  • Violating anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Contact our customer service within 24 hours of the incident
  • Provide detailed information and supporting documentation
  • We will investigate and respond within 48-72 hours
  • Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement when possible
  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Isha Travels and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Termination of Service

Isha Travels reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in abusive or disruptive behavior
  • Default on payment
  • Pose a safety risk
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
